These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you and GGWP88. By accessing or using the GGWP88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to every provision set out below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern all access to and use of the website located at https://ggwp88.cam and any associated mobile-optimised pages, applications, APIs, or services operated under the GGWP88 brand ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
In this Agreement the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any feature of the Platform. GGWP88 strictly prohibits minors from accessing gambling services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. GGWP88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
Age Restriction Notice: If GGWP88 determines at any point that a Player is under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings generated will be forfeited. Deposits may be returned at GGWP88's discretion after deducting administrative costs.
The Platform is primarily designed to serve players residing in Indonesia. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gaming activities of this nature are not explicitly prohibited in your jurisdiction, or that you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws. GGWP88 operates from an internationally licensed jurisdiction and does not hold a domestic Indonesian gaming licence. Residents of Restricted Jurisdictions are prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
You confirm that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that would prevent you from entering into binding contractual obligations.
Each individual Player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching name, address, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — are prohibited. GGWP88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. GGWP88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify GGWP88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
GGWP88 Accounts operate in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet sizes are denominated in IDR unless otherwise stated. GGWP88 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
Important: GGWP88 employees will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately via the channels listed in Section 16.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, GGWP88 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may deposit and play prior to verification; however, withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is successfully completed.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). If GGWP88 is unable to verify your identity to its satisfaction after requesting documents, GGWP88 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account and to return your deposited funds (less any applicable processing fees and bonus amounts), subject to satisfactory anti-money-laundering checks.
GGWP88 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. GGWP88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional verification requirements for high-value deposits. GGWP88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically credited instantly. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, you should contact GGWP88 customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified GGWP88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals to accounts belonging to another individual — even a family member — will be declined and may trigger an account security review.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays. GGWP88 does not guarantee any specific processing timeline but commits to processing requests promptly and in good faith.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are communicated within your Account dashboard. Players requesting withdrawals in excess of standard limits may be required to undergo enhanced verification.
GGWP88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, irrespective of whether the Account has previously been verified. This is a standard anti-money-laundering precaution and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where:
Currency Note: All transactions on GGWP88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). GGWP88 does not impose currency conversion fees, as all transactions are conducted natively in IDR. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside GGWP88's control.
GGWP88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 6. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All bonus credits issued by GGWP88 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using your Bonus Balance before any winnings derived from that balance become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is disclosed on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.

GGWP88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in bonus winnings with minimal risk; and exploiting technical errors in bonus credit calculations. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their Accounts suspended.
GGWP88 reserves the right to modify, extend, reduce, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected Players as promptly as practicable. Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) may be subject to special terms disclosed at the time of the promotion.
Each game available on GGWP88 — whether a slot title, live dealer table, sports betting market, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw — is governed by its individual game rules displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to each game before placing wagers.
All bets are subject to acceptance by GGWP88. GGWP88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits. For sports betting markets — including bandar bola (sportsbook) markets on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, the Champions League, and international competitions featuring Timnas Indonesia — bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system.
GGWP88 cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. In the event of a disconnection during live gameplay, GGWP88's systems will record the outcome of the game round based on the server-side state at the time of disconnection. If a game round was initiated and the disconnection occurs before completion, the round will be resolved and the outcome recorded based on the server result. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection, particularly during live dealer sessions.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or a betting market, GGWP88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. GGWP88 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction, system error, or third-party gaming provider outage.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GGWP88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the GGWP88 Platform — including but not limited to the GGWP88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content licensed from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. GGWP88 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GGWP88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, GGWP88's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. You should only wager amounts you can genuinely afford to lose. Past game outcomes and historical odds performance are not indicative of future results. GGWP88 does not guarantee that any Player will generate a profit from using the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting GGWP88 customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, GGWP88 will process any eligible remaining Real Money Balance as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and identity verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.
GGWP88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without notice in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or at GGWP88's sole business discretion.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, GGWP88 may void all Bonus Balances and withhold winnings pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by GGWP88 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, eligible Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player following satisfactory verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GGWP88 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents GGWP88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
GGWP88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
